“My wellness journey started with me.”
In 2020, Chef Neta made a personal decision to change the way she ate, drink more water, add more vegetables, protect her peace and become intentional about wellness. That commitment helped her lose more than 60 pounds and led to a deeper relationship with sea moss, herbs and whole foods. ChefNetasKitchenNHerbs grew from that lived journey — not from a trend.
